As we watch the flowers begin to bloom and the weather get warmer, we will be "Stepping into Spring" with a Spring-Specific, 6-week fitness challenge. Remember, ALL movement counts, not just your steps! You can sync a device and/or manually enter and convert your activities (particularly activities other than steps). Our goal is to get in an average of 2.5 miles of steps or converted activities per day for a total of 105 miles with 6 Spring Milestones. Happy Spring, Bearcat Fitness Family!
We hope you will join the holiday fitness challenge using the free MoveSpring app.
Access the MoveSpring app by creating an account on app.movespring.com or by downloading the iOS or Android app.
